Our Mental Health First Aid course is designed to give participants the skills, knowledge, and confidence to support someone experiencing a mental health issue or crisis. Just like physical first aid, mental health first aid helps you assist a person before professional help is available.
This course will help learners recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions, provide initial support, and guide individuals towards appropriate professional help. It also promotes mental wellbeing in the workplace and beyond.

Duration: 1–2 days (depending on delivery format)
Assessment & Certification: Participants will be assessed through participation, group discussions, and scenario-based learning. On successful completion, learners will receive a Mental Health First Aid Certificate valid for 3 years.
