This 7-hour Driver CPC Emergency First Aid for Drivers course is designed to meet the requirements of professional drivers who need to maintain their Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), while also gaining or renewing a valid Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification.
Delivered in accordance with current Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines, the course covers life-saving skills including CPR, use of an AED, managing unconscious casualties, dealing with bleeding, shock, and common roadside medical emergencies. It is tailored specifically for those driving professionally, with practical examples relevant to the transport and logistics sector.
On successful completion, delegates will receive an Emergency First Aid at Work certificate (valid for 3 years) and have 7 hours uploaded to the DVSA CPC training record.
