This 1-day course is designed for experienced operators seeking formal accreditation to operate a 360 Excavator (below 10 tonnes) and a Forward Tipping Dumper. It is aimed at individuals who are already competent in using these machines and need certification to meet industry and site compliance requirements.

Candidates must demonstrate prior experience and competence on both machines. A profiling session will be conducted before the assessment to review their job history, operating experience, and knowledge of the machines.

- Introduction to the assessment process and health & safety requirements.
- Practical assessment on the 360 Excavator, including:
- Pre-start checks and routine maintenance.
- Precision maneuvering and safe operation.
- Excavating, loading, and material placement tasks.
- Machine shutdown and parking procedures.

Afternoon Session:
- Practical assessment on the Forward Tipping Dumper, covering:
- Pre-start safety checks.
- Safe maneuvering and operation on-site.
- Loading, transporting, and tipping materials.
- Final shutdown and securing of the machine.
- Theoretical knowledge test to evaluate understanding of health and safety practices and machine-specific requirements.

Upon successful completion of the practical and theoretical assessments, participants will receive formal accreditation, confirming their competence to operate both the 360 Excavator (below 10 tonnes) and the Forward Tipping Dumper.
